First Direct Arena has been designed to be accessible to everyone for more information you can visit https://www.firstdirectarena.com/venue-information/accessibility/ All our accessible tickets are available to be purchased online via: www.firstdirectarena.com/events When you are on your event's page, select 'Wheelchair Tickets' or ‘Ambulant Accessible Tickets', where you will be able to select your seat alongside a free personal companion ticket. If your access requirements are not met by the online booking system, please call +44 203 481 5502 and the team will help to book your tickets. The phone line is open Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30 The ticket office will open no later than 1 hour before doors and will not be open for new shows going on sale.
