Description There is nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself. Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Tagliatelle, or Farfalle. While your pasta dough is resting, your Chef Instructor will demo how to make two pasta sauces from scratch: Vodka Sauce and Pancetta with Cherry Tomatoes. Then we'll break out the pasta rollers to learn the traditional way of flattening out the dough until it can be shaped into the perfect noodle. Once your pasta noodles are cooked in boiling water, you will be able to sit down and enjoy your pasta paired with each sauce. Sit back, relax, and enjoy tasting your handmade creation!
