Visit the grow rooms where fruiting happens and see how product is then packaged for retail and wholesale customers throughout Chicagoland. Learn about regenerative agriculture and how mushroom cultivation plays a critical role. Tour is ~60 minutes and concludes with a retail pack of "Chicago's Mushroom" that visitors can take home.
