Description Colorados first EDM bass dance fitness format! We are bringing a unique combination of dance, strength, and mindset work! This is a full workout for your body, heart, soul, and mind. We use powerful bass drops and a variety of dance styles to make choreography in a way that’s never been done before to styles such as dubstep, trap, future bass, melodic, dnb, down/mid tempo, experimental bass, 140, and so much more! We also do affirmations, journal prompts and rage release.
