No. ME-Ticket doesn't charge any commissions. The payment system we use to receive and process payments, Stripe, imposes a fee of 3.5% + £0.25 on ticket buyers based on the total purchase price. But if you choose an alternative payment method, the Stripe commission will be 3.5% + £0.25 + our service commission of 8% (includes SWIFT transfer 1.8% and currency conversion 0,5%). With an alternative payment method, organizers can decide whether they or the buyer will cover the commission. Minimum withdrawal is $40.
1. If you have chosen the Stripe system to receive payments, funds will automatically be credited to your account after the purchase on the site is completed.
2. If you have chosen an alternative payment option, funds for all tickets sold will be credited to your bank account 7 days after the event ends.
They can use their bank card for making online payments.
Yes, you can cancel the subscription or update it at any time of the month, switching between free event ticketing and the advanced ME-Pro plan. You can send a cancellation request to ME-Ticket email and it will be processed within 1 working day.
Yes, we have a free option called Me-Base. It gives you access to all the necessary tools to organize your event and sell event tickets online for free.
