Push Notification: How to Find Out About a Change in Event Status Faster

Event organizers on ME-Ticket now have more opportunities to work on their events more quickly with the administration. Thanks to new push notifications, organizers will be able to quickly receive information about their events.

Where Will Notifications be Sent?

 

You can view notifications in your personal account after logging in to the site. When new notifications arrive, a red circle will appear next to the bell icon in the upper right corner.

All new notifications will be marked in green. Once you click on them, they will turn gray, indicating that they have been read. You can also delete notifications you have already read using the “Remove” button. Alternatively, you can wait for messages to be automatically deleted after 7 days.

What Will The Notifications be About?

Don't worry, we don't plan to spam you for every little thing. You'll only receive notifications when there's a significant change in the status of your event, or when your account in the Stripe system is verified. Here are some examples: 

  • When an event changes from “Draft” status to “Waiting for Moderation” status. This happens immediately after you have registered an event and it has queued for moderation.

  • When an event moves from “Waiting for Moderation” status to “Needs Changes” status. This happens if your event was rejected during moderation. The notification will include a comment from the moderator with the reason why your event was canceled and providing recommendations on how to correct your event so that it passes the review.

  • When an event transitions to “Post to Catalog” status.This can happen after the event has been moderated. This means that the administration has verified your event for compliance with our terms and conditions, and tickets have become available for purchase.

  • If our payment operator Stripe requires account verification, you will receive a notification. Until verification is completed, the funds in your account will be frozen. Detailed instructions on how to pass verification in Stripe can be found on the company’s official website.

Our service has become even more convenient, and now it will be easier for you to find out information about the status of your event or the need to undergo verification. Additionally, we may introduce new types of notifications in the future.
