🥟 Lucy's twist on the classic experience includes a three tiered stand of freshly steamed, melt in the mouth Salmon or Pork Mini Bao, alongside delicate Duck Puff pastries and a basket of traditional Dim Sum each.
🍰 A selection of pretty patisseries perch the plate, hand-crafted by our house patisserie chef, featuring delicacies highlighting beautiful Asian flavours such as the striking green Coconut Pandan Mousse, Yuzu Meringue Choux Bun and Ginger & Apple Spiced Friand.
🍄 A full vegan menu is also available, highlighting delicious savouries such an Aubergine Puff Pastry and a Mini Tofu or Mushroom Bao,
🍮amongst dainty patisseries such as a Passion Fruit Panna Cotta and Raspberry Macaroons.
