Alexandra Sheth , with a Neuroscience B.S. and MPH from the University of Michigan, founded Sheth Studios in Miami Beach. She offers in-person and virtual somatic classes focusing on trauma healing, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation. Her East-meets-West approach supports resilience and mental health.
