In the organizer’s personal account, in the “Create New Event” section at Step 1, a new Event Format field has appeared. In it you select the “Online” option. Please note that if you choose the Online format of the event, the Offline payment method will no longer be available to you. You can also select the Event Type and Category that matches the theme of your event. This will help visitors find you in our catalog faster.

When creating online events, only Steps 1 and 3 in our constructor change. All other stages are completely identical to the processes that the organizer goes through when creating offline events.

After selecting the poster, in Step 3, you will need to fill in the following data instead of specifying the location:
Event Invitation Link. This is the link that will be sent to customers after they have purchased tickets for the event. Please ensure that you don’t share this link publicly by posting it elsewhere, so that only customers who have bought tickets can access the event.
Guidelines for platform use. This is the field where you can enter any information your customers need to know about the event: participation rules, conditions, technical requirements for the platform (device, software, accessories) and so on. We will send this information along with an invite link after every successful ticket purchase.
