"Waiting for Moderation" And "Needs Changes": What does it Mean?

When creating an event, individuals often make minor mistakes. This could result from an incorrect poster format, a mismatch in the event description, or errors in the event's location or time. And in order for your event to be included in the ME-Ticket catalog and seen by as many people as possible, our moderators meticulously check each event for errors and compliance with the rules.

Typically, moderation takes about 12 hours, but in exceptional cases, it may extend beyond this timeframe. While your event is in the moderation queue, it will be displayed on the website with the status “Waiting for moderation”.

If all information about the event is filled out correctly, the event will promptly transition to the "Posted to catalog'" status after moderation,  which means that it will be published on the website. After passing moderation, the organizer will receive an email notification about the start of sales.

However, instances may occur where certain information about an event is either incorrectly filled out or raises questions. In such cases, if the moderator identifies any inaccuracies during the check, the event will be rejected. The moderator will accompany the rejection with a comment specifying the reasons for rejection, along with an explanation of the necessary corrections. The notification will also be sent by email, and the event status will be updated to “Needs Changes”.
