The payment system we use to receive and process payments, Stripe, imposes a fee of 3.5% + £0.25 on ticket buyers based on the total purchase price. If you choose an alternative payment method, the commission will be 3.5% + £0.25 + our service commission of 8%. With an alternative payment method, organizers can decide whether they or the buyer will cover the commission.
Sure. During the event creation process, you can choose the "Ticket Office" option as the payment method. After your event is approved, you can generate and download tickets from your personal account’s "My Events" section for subsequent sale.
Moderation is the process of approval of an event by the administration of the ME-Ticket site. At this stage, your event is verified to ensure compliance with the platform’s terms and conditions. Additionally, the event is checked for possible errors. For example, incorrect name of the event location, error in the start and end times of the event, etc.If your event is approved for moderation, it will immediately become available on the site for ticket purchases. If your event is rejected, you will receive an email with a comment from the moderator, indicating the reasons for rejection along with recommendations for correction. You can edit the event and submit it for re-moderation. Moderation usually takes less than 12 hours.
If you cannot find a city on the list, please contact support. Provide the name of the city in English, as well as the country to which it belongs. Our managers will add it to the list and inform you accordingly. If the place you need is not in the list, you can add it yourself by selecting the “+Add a new place” option.

We have no restrictions on online ticket sales. However, if you choose to sell offline, we ask that you limit yourself to 1,000 tickets per type.

- Number of Ticket Returns;
- Sales Data for Various Types of Tickets.
Of course, after you create an event, you can go to your personal account in the “My Events” section and click on the “Promo & Checkpoint” button. Here, you can choose a banner for your event, which will be displayed on the ME-Ticket main page in the event region, create a QR code for outdoor advertising, and select a ticket design for online sales.

According to the platform rules, funds will be sent to you a week after the end of the event.
