They can locate the customer's order and initiate the ticket resend process by clicking on the appropriate button.

If, for any reason, you are unable to contact the organizer, you can get in touch with ME-Ticket Support. To do so, simply open a technical support chat window or send an email to support@me-team.org. If you have the order data saved, we only require the order number. 

If you didn't save your order number, we will need the following information from you:

1. The last 4 digits of the card number used for the ticket purchase.

2. The Payment Amount.

After verifying your order, we will send you a link to download your tickets. If the link doesn't work for any reason, we can also send the tickets directly to you.
